Shipping & Handling

Processing Time

• All orders are processed within four (4) business days.
• We do not ship on weekends or holidays.
• Because antiques require specialized packing materials to ensure safe transit, premium handling time is factored into every order.

Domestic Shipping Only

• We currently ship exclusively to addresses within the United States.
• We are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes for oversized, heavy, or highly fragile items.

Shipping Rates & Carrier Options

• Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
• We primarily utilize UPS, and USPS depending on the size and fragility of the item.
• Signature Required: For high-value items or fine art, a signature may be required upon delivery to ensure safe receipt.

Damage & Insurance

• Every item we ship is fully insured for its purchase value.
• In the rare event that an item arrives damaged, please retain all packaging materials and boxes, take clear photos of the damage, and contact us immediately at mywoodsidefarm@gmail.com and we will guide you through the insurance claim process.

SALES TAX POLICY

• In accordance with state law, all orders shipped to a Virginia address will be charged the appropriate state and local destination-based sales tax at checkout.

Out-of-State Residents

• For orders shipped outside of Virginia, sales tax will only be charged if our business has met the legal "Economic Nexus" threshold mandated by your specific home state.
• If we do not have a tax nexus in your state, no sales tax will be added to your order at checkout. However, please note that buyers may still be independently responsible for reporting and paying use tax directly to their state's revenue department, depending on local regulations.
